Springfield, Oregon AA Meetings

As part of Alcoholics Anonymous’ initiative to help people who are dealing with alcohol use disorder, AA Oregon has organized AA group meetings that are regularly held all over the state including in Springfield. Alcoholics Anonymous is an international, volunteer-based, and nonprofit organization that was formed to help people overcome their alcohol addictions and start new healthy lives. One of the well-known programs of Alcoholics Anonymous is the 12 Steps approach meetings. The 12 Steps and principles of AA are spiritual and can include faith in God or any higher power of the individual’s belief. Group sessions like the ones held in AA meetings in Springfield can open doors for people to share their experiences and learn from the experiences of others as well to get the maximum help and guidance on their journey to sobriety.
