Named after the port city of Le Havre (Le Havre de Grâce), which means “Harbor of Grace” in French, Havre de Grace is a city in Harford County, Maryland. Despite being considered as one of the 20 best small towns in America in the media, Havre de Grace has a history of alcohol addiction.
