Despite being considered as one of the 20 best small towns in America in the media, Havre de Grace has a history of alcohol addiction. AA meetings in Havre de Grace have been set up to help residents of the town who have an alcohol dependency. AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) is an international fellowship that provides peer support to people who are dealing with alcohol addiction. AA meetings are one-hour-long counseling sessions where participants meet in one location and provide peer support to each other.
