12 Steps & 12 Traditions: Utah's AA 12 Step and Traditions programs provide a welcoming environment for all individuals seeking support in their recovery. Meetings foster an environment of compassion and understanding. Through inclusive peer-led meetings, individuals find solace and encouragement in their recovery journey.

Closed: In Utah, closed AA meetings are restricted to just members of AA and people who realize they have a drinking problem and want to take steps toward recovery. The discussions include topics that are best understood by others who have taken this path before and have insights to share.

Men: Men may participate in 12 Step Programs to recover from alcohol use disorder at no cost. AA chapters in Utah may offer men-only meetings that focus on the health issues that concern men of all ages

Wheelchair Access: Non-ambulatory clients in Utah may have wheelchair access for their AA meetings. The centers may have designated parking, exterior ramps, and open floor plans for safe navigation throughout the facility.
